Changed project property available_playbooks to playbooks, exposed via API as a child resource of the project detail. Changed project local_path to a CharField and added helper method and API attribute to show the list of available choices for local_path.

Add summary_fields capability, which for items in a collection gives the names of related fields.

to our objects. This should be refactored later but is at least sufficiently operational for the two cases it is used here.

Added separate method to start Job independently from creating it; Jobs no longer start automatically when first saved. Added method on JobTemplate to create a new Job with defaults copied from the template.
