zeripath	5cb0c9aa0d	Propagate context and ensure git commands run in request context (#17868) ... This PR continues the work in #17125 by progressively ensuring that git commands run within the request context. zeripath	ae7e6cd474	Reduce calls to git cat-file -s (#14682) ... * Reduce calls to git cat-file -s There are multiple places where there are repeated calls to git cat-file -s due to the blobs not being created with their size.
