.gitignore: cleanup old and obsolete ignores Now that we forbid builds in source directory we can remove a lot of ignores that are created during build time. maint: Sort .gitignore Sorting of the .gitignore file was broken after the last addition. After a clean build the scripts re-sort it making the working tree dirty.

gnulib: delete all gnulib integration This deletes all trace of gnulib from libvirt. We still have the keycodemapdb submodule to deal with. The simple solution taken was to update it when running autogen.sh. Previously gnulib could auto-trigger refresh when running 'make' too. We could figure out a solution for this, but with the pending meson rewrite it isn't worth worrying about, given how infrequently keycodemapdb changes. Autogenerate AUTHORS AUTHORS.in tracks the maintainers, as well as some folks who were previously in AUTHORS but don't have a git commit with proper attribution. Generated output is sorted alphabetically and lacks pretty spacing, so tweak AUTHORS.in to follow the same format. Additionally, drop the syntax-check rule that previously validated AUTHORS against git log.
