qemu: simplify qemuDomainGetMemLockLimitBytes()

Browse Source 
This function goes through a loop checking if each hostdev is a VFIO
or mdev device, and then later it calls virDomainDefHasNVMEDisk(). The
function qemuDomainNeedsVFIO() does exactly the same thing, so let's
just call that instead.
