lxcProcReadMeminfo: Drop @new_meminfo variable

In the lxcProcReadMeminfo() function we have @buffer variable
which is statically allocated and then @new_meminfo which is just
a pointer to the @buffer. This is needless, the @buffer can be
accessed directly.
