Drop virPerfGetEventFd
This function is not used anywhere. Moreover, the code that would use lives in virperf.c and therefore has access to the FD anyway. Well, for instance virPerfReadEvent is doing just that. Signed-off-by: Michal Privoznik <mprivozn@redhat.com>
