qemuDomainSecretAESSetup: Allocate and return 'secinfo' here
Rather than passing in an empty qemuDomainSecretInfoPtr allocate it in this function and return it. This is done by absorbing the check from qemuDomainSecretInfoNew and removing the internals of qemuDomainSecretInfoNew.
