qemu: Add virtio related options to vsock

Add virtio related options iommu, ats and packed as driver element attributes
to vsock devices. Ex:

 <vsock model='virtio'>
   <cid auto='no' address='3'/>
   <driver iommu='on'/>
 </vsock>
