fix inadequate initialization in storage and test drivers

* src/storage_driver.c (storageListPools): Set all "names" entries to 0.
(storageListDefinedPools, storagePoolListVolumes): Likewise.
* src/test.c (testStoragePoolListVolumes): Likewise.
