<memballoon model='none'/> is the only way to disable balloon driver
since libvirt will add one automatically if the memballoon element is
missing. In other words, there's no balloon device if model is 'none'
and generating an alias for it makes no sense. The alias will be ignored
when parsing the XML and it will disappear once libvirtd is restarted.

Adding an IDE controller for a machinetype that has no built-in IDE
controller, libvirt will log an error. Currently the machinetype list
which returns by qemuDomainMachineHasBuiltinIDE only includes 440fx,
malta, sun4u and g3beige.

Our test data used a lot of different qemu binary paths and some
of them were based on downstream systems.
Note that there is one file where I had to add "accel=kvm" because
the qemuargv2xml code parses "/usr/bin/kvm" as virt type="kvm".

There's a plan to rework the address handling, so testcases
that verify hotplugging ccw devices will help in avoiding
regression.
In this commit, some files are duplicated because of the way
qemuhotplug.c calculates the expected xml filenames.
I plan on changing that to explicitly stating the basis domain
xml, the device xml, and the expected xml.
