a15c97f5e4 qemuxml2argvdata: Drop device aliases 
The qemuxml2argvtest expects the domain XMLs to be inactive ones.
Therefore we should pass inactive XMLs.

e6e26a899d tests: unify qemu binary paths for all qemu related tests 
Our test data used a lot of different qemu binary paths and some
of them were based on downstream systems.

Note that there is one file where I had to add "accel=kvm" because
the qemuargv2xml code parses "/usr/bin/kvm" as virt type="kvm".

0f24393e60 Add ftps protocol support for cdrom disk 
The ftps protocol is another protocol supported by qemu/KVM while specifying
the cdrom ISO image.

The xml should be as following:

    <disk type='network' device='cdrom'>
      <source protocol='ftps' name='/url/path'>
        <host name='host.name' port='990'/>
      </source>
    </disk>
