Currently, we are mixing: #if HAVE_BLAH with #if WITH_BLAH.
Things got way better with Pavel's work on meson, but apparently,
mixing these two lead to confusing and easy to miss bugs (see
31fb929eca for instance). While we were forced to use HAVE_
prefix with autotools, we are free to chose our own prefix with
meson and since WITH_ prefix appears to be more popular let's use
it everywhere.

There is a race deadlock in eventtest after the recent rewrite to drop
GNULIB from libvirt code base.
The issue happens when the callbacks testPipeReader() or testTimer()
are called before waitEvents() starts waiting on `eventThreadCond`.
It will never happen because the callbacks are already done and there
is nothing that will signal the condition again.

The current event loop test suite has two threads running
in lockstep. This was just about viable when we have full
control over the internal details of the event loop impl.
When we're using the GLib event loop though there are
things going on that we don't know about, such as use of
eventfd() file descriptors. This will break the assumptions
in the test suite, causing non-deterministic failures.
This change switches the event loop thread to run fully
asynchronously from the test suite cases. This is slightly
weaker validation, but the only way we can get a reliable
test suite.

g_get_real_time() returns the time since epoch in microseconds.
It uses gettimeofday() internally while libvirt used clock_gettime
because it is declared async signal safe. In practice gettimeofday
is also async signal safe *provided* the timezone parameter is
NULL. This is indeed the case in g_get_real_time().

In many files there are header comments that contain an Author:
statement, supposedly reflecting who originally wrote the code.
In a large collaborative project like libvirt, any non-trivial
file will have been modified by a large number of different
contributors. IOW, the Author: comments are quickly out of date,
omitting people who have made significant contribitions.
In some places Author: lines have been added despite the person
merely being responsible for creating the file by moving existing
code out of another file. IOW, the Author: lines give an incorrect
record of authorship.
With this all in mind, the comments are useless as a means to identify
who to talk to about code in a particular file. Contributors will always
be better off using 'git log' and 'git blame' if they need to find the
author of a particular bit of code.
This commit thus deletes all Author: comments from the source and adds
a rule to prevent them reappearing.
The Copyright headers are similarly misleading and inaccurate, however,
we cannot delete these as they have legal meaning, despite being largely
inaccurate. In addition only the copyright holder is permitted to change
their respective copyright statement.

These event tests aren't run synchronously, so there isn't an obvious
function to pass to virtTestRun. Instead, open code roughly what
virtTestResult did before: printing an error message if a test failed.

Regression introduced in commit e6b68d7 (Nov 2010).
Prior to that point, handlesAlloc was always a multiple of
EVENT_ALLOC_EXTENT (10), and was an int (so even if the subtraction
had been able to wrap, a negative value would be less than the count
not try to free the handles array). But after that point,
VIR_RESIZE_N made handlesAlloc grow geometrically (with a pattern of
10, 20, 30, 45 for the handles array) but still freed in multiples of
EVENT_ALLOC_EXTENT; and the count changed to size_t. Which means that
after 31 handles have been created, then 30 handles destroyed,
handlesAlloc is 5 while handlesCount is 1, and since (size_t)(1 - 5)
is indeed greater than 1, this then tried to free 10 elements, which
had the awful effect of nuking the handles array while there were
still live handles.
Nuking live handles puts libvirtd in an inconsistent state, and was
easily reproducible by starting and then stopping 60 faqemu guests.
* daemon/event.c (virEventCleanupTimeouts, virEventCleanupHandles):

* tests/eventtest.c (mymain): Expose the bug.

PASS: statstest
TEST: qparamtest
................................ 32 OK
PASS: qparamtest
TEST:
