Shorten the function name as there isn't any vshCommandOptString.

Historically the command parser in virsh parses/fills even optional
arguments with values as if they were positional unless opted out using
VSH_OFLAG_REQ_OPT. This creates unexpected situations when commands can
break in this unwanted semantics:
$ virsh snapshot-create-as --print-xml 1 2 3
<domainsnapshot>
<name>2</name>
<description>3</description>
</domainsnapshot>
To prevent any further addition annotate the rest of the arguments with
the 'unwanted_positional' flag, so that the parser can keep parsing them
as such but any further optional argument will not have this behaviour.

Upcoming patches will need to tweak some of the properties of the
command. Since the macro is used in just two places expand it inline.

Store the pointers to 'help' and 'description' information in the struct
directly rather than in a key-value list.
The generic approach never got any extra use.

Remove construction of the event string from sub-strings marked as
translatable. Without context it's impossible to translate it correctly.
This slightly increases verbosity of the code but actually makes it more
readable as everything is inline.

Extract internals of virshEventPrint into a function that can take the
format string. The function will be used in upcoming patches which make
the event formatting translatable.

Allocate a larger 'data' array than strictly needed
for simplicity and use 'ndata' as the index when
filling it to put the single event at the first unused
place, instead of at its index in the virshDomainEventCallbacks
array.

The code registering the event handlers in 'cmdEvent' had too many
blocks of code conditional on whether just one event is being listened
to or all events.
The code can be greatly simplified by uniting the code paths and having
only one branch when filling the list of events we want to listen for.

'cmdEvent' along with all the helper functions it needs is ~950 LOC.
Move it out from virsh-domain.c to virsh-domain-event.c along with the
completer function so that the new module doesn't have to expose any new
types.
Semantically this creates a new category in 'virsh help' but all other
behaviour stays the same.
