Instead of having each test manually initialize and cleanup
its own fakerootdir, do that as part of the common test
initialization logic in virTestMain().
In most cases we can simply drop the relevant code from the
test program, but scsihosttest uses the value of fakerootdir
as a starting point to build another path, so we need to do
things slightly differently. In order to keep things working,
we retrieve the value from the LIBVIRT_FAKE_ROOT_DIR
environment variable, same as all the mock libraries are
already doing.

Most replacements are completely straightforward but
vircgrouptest requires slightly different handling because,
instead of initializing a single fakerootdir at the start of
the test program and cleaning it up at the end, it creates
multiple different ones one after the other.

When using VIR_TEST_MAIN() or VIR_TEST_MAIN_PRELOAD() macros, the
retval of mymain() will become retval of main(). Hence, mymain()
should use EXIT_FAILURE and EXIT_SUCCESS return values for
greater portability. Another reason is that otherwise our summary
printing of failed tests doesn't work (see following commit for
more info).

Create a virscsihost.c and place the functions there. That removes the
last #ifdef __linux__ from virutil.c.
Take the opporunity to also change the function names and in one case
the parameters slightly
This updates the test program to make it consistent with recent changes
to the mock libraries, and also opens up the possibility of mocking more
than just /sys in the future.
Introduce a new function to parse the provided scsi_host parent address
and unique_id value in order to find the /sys/class/scsi_host directory
which will allow a stable SCSI host address
Add a test to scsihosttest to lookup the host# name by using the PCI address
and unique_id value
Introduce a new function to read the current scsi_host entry and return
the value found in the 'unique_id' file.
Add a 'scsihosttest' test (similar to the fchosttest, but incorporating some
of the concepts of the mocked pci test library) in order to read the
unique_id file like would be found in the /sys/class/scsi_host tree.
