We currently only render pretty tables if they have the "top_table"
class set. All of our tables set this, except for the ACL & migration
doc tables, which should have set it, and the API reference which does
not want it.
Simplify life by rendering all tables in a pretty style and remove the
need for the "top_table" class entirely. A small rule turns off the
pretty style for the API reference where tables are a hack used to
render enums with horizontal alignment.

Migration never removes any configuration files on the destination host.
Thus when the domain is already defined on the destination, it will stay
persistent even after migration without --persist.

The HTML5 doctype is simply
<!DOCTYPE html>
no DTD is present because HTML5 is no longer defined as an
extension of SGML.
XSL has no way to natively output a doctype without a public
or system identifier, so we have to use an <xsl:text> hack
instead.

The 'name' attribute on <a...> elements is deprecated in favour
of the 'id' attribute which is allowed on any element. HTML5
drops 'name' support entirely.

The <pre/> section is rendered as-is on the page. That is, if all
the lines are prefixed with 4 spaces the rendered page will also
have them. Problem is if we put a box around such <pre/> because
the content might not fix into it.

During offline migration, no storage is copied. Nor disks, nor
NVRAM file, nor anything. We use qemu for that and because domain
is not running there's nobody to copy that for us.
We should document this to avoid confusing users.

The rule generating the HTML docs passing the --html flag
to xsltproc. This makes it use the legacy HTML parser, which
either ignores or tries to fix all sorts of broken XML tags.
There's no reason why we should be writing broken XML in
the first place, so removing --html and adding the XHTML
doctype to all files forces us to create good XML.
This adds the XHTML doc type and fixes many, many XML tag
problems it exposes.

The virsh(1) man page wasn't saying anything about the 'migrateuri'
parameter other than it can be usually omitted. A patched version of
docs/migrate.html.in is taken in this patch to fix that up in the man
page.
Use of the wrong attribute name caused the table of contents to
be useless. Fix suggested by Daniel P. Berrange.
* docs/migration.html.in: Use correct anchoring attribute.
Based on a report by Seth Vidal. Just because _you_ can use virsh
to connect to both source and destinations does not mean that libvirtd
on the source (aka _root_) can likewise connect to the destination;
this matters when setting up a peer-to-peer migration instead of a
native one.
* docs/migration.html.in: Mention that in peer-to-peer, the owner
of the source libvirtd (usually root) must be able to connect to
the destination.
This adds a page documenting many aspects of migration:
- The types of migration (managed direct, p2p, unmanaged direct)
- Data transports (native, tunnelled)
- Migration URIs
- Config file handling
- Example scenarios
* libvirt.css: Rules for data tables and diagrams
* Makefile.am: Include extra png/fig files
* migration-managed-direct.fig, migration-managed-direct.png,
migration-managed-direct.png, migration-managed-p2p.png,
migration-native.fig, migration-native.png,
migration-tunnel.fig, migration-tunnel.png,
migration-unmanaged-direct.fig, migration-unmanaged-direct.png:
Diagrams of migration
* migration.html.in, sitemap.html.in: New migration doc
