Peter Krempa	caccbba64a	qemu: capabilities: Always assume QEMU_CAPS_BOOTINDEX ... The field was added in qemu v0.13.0-rc0-731-g1ca4d09ae0 so all supported qemu versions now use it. There's a LOT of test fallout as we did not use capabilities close enough to upstream for many of our tests. Several tests had a 'bootindex' variant. Erik Skultety	d48813e81a	conf: Introduce new video type 'none' ... Historically, we've always enabled an emulated video device every time we see that graphics should be supported with a guest. With the appearance of mediated devices which can support QEMU's vfio-display capability, users might want to use such a device as the only video device.
