Michal Privoznik b61c66d1de test: Introduce chxml2xmltest ... Whilst reviewing a patch upstream (that ended up as v9.0.0-200-g092176e5ec), I realized we don't have a single xml2xml test for CH driver. Well, introduce the test with one simple test case for now.
