qemu: Fix event generated for qemuDomainRevertToSnapshot (pause->run)
A closer review of the code shows that for the transition from paused to running which was supposed to emit the VIR_DOMAIN_EVENT_RESUMED - no event would be generated. Rather the event is generated when going from running to running. Following the 'was_running' boolean shows it is set when the domain obj is active and the domain obj state is VIR_DOMAIN_RUNNING. So rather than using was_running to generate the RESUMED event, use !was_running
LibVirt : simple API for virtualization Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
