Update to v8.0.0-1739-g5f9dd6a8ce and build on a newer kernel and with
newer libblkio.
Notable changes:
- 'fdset' feature is supported for the vdpa block backend provided by
libblkio
- 'xsaves' feature is optional for EPYC-Rome
- 'cryptodev-backend-lkcf' and 'PIIX3-xen' devices removed
