augmented the XInclude API to be able to pass XML parser flags down to the * xinclude.c xmllint.c xmlreader.c include/libxml/xinclude.h include/libxml/xmlerror.h: augmented the XInclude API to be able to pass XML parser flags down to the Inclusion process.
