Small fixes: - xpath.c: fixed a memleak when comparing nodesets -

Small fixes:
- xpath.c: fixed a memleak when comparing nodesets
- HTMLtree.c: don't invent the HTML doctype if not available (XSLT)
- tree.c: added a TODO
