testapi: test_xmlSAXDefaultVersion() leaves xmlSAX2DefaultVersionValue set to 1 with LIBXML_SAX1_ENABLED

Browse Source 
Add code to save and to restore the default value of
xmlSAX2DefaultVersionValue.

Fixes #554.
