6dc91962d0 remove a memory leak on schemas type facets. reduce verbosity incorporated

* configure.in Makefile.am: incorporated the Python regressions

3ebc7d43f7 fixed xmlSetProp and al. when the node passed is not an element. fixed

  found 373 test schemas: 369 success 4 failures

77648bbe61 implemented the checks from section 7.1, fixed some of the 4.20 and 4.21

  current state and I forgot support for "mixed":
  found 373 test schemas: 280 success 93 failures
  found 529 test instances: 401 success 68 failures
* tree.c include/libxml/tree.h xmlschemastypes.c: finished and
  moved the Name, NCName and QName validation routine in tree.c
* uri.c: fixed handling of URI ending up with #, i.e. having
  an empty fragment ID.
* result/relaxng/*: updated the results
