Daniel Veillard 5e873c4627 - speedup of IS_CHAR like macros, significant overall improvement
- More interfaces for new I/O functions: xmlNewIOInputStream,
  xmlParserInputBufferCreateIO, xmlCreateIOParserCtxt
- added I/O test to xmllint
