Daniel Veillard 52afe800ac Started working on the hash table module integration, fixed a bug:
- entities.[ch] xpath.[ch] hash.[ch] debugXML.c tree.h: added/hacked
hash tables from Bjorn Reese <breese@mail1.stofanet.dk>. Switched
XPath functions and XML entities table to them. More to come...
- xmlIO.c: fixed libxml closing FILEs it didn't open.

                  XML parser for Gnome

Full documentation is available on-line at
    http://xmlsoft.org/

This code is released under the LGPL and the W3C IPR

A mailing-list is available, to subscribe:
echo "subscribe xml" | mail majordomo@rufus.w3.org

The list archive is at:
    http://xmlsoft.org/messages/

NOTE: I use a second CVS server for experimental version of the XML code,
this mean that if you commit without a Changelog or without sending
the patch to me or the list, it may well get lost. I usually check
before copying over the Gnome directory, but it may happen.

People interested in the bleeding edge or what I'm up to can check
    at http://dev.w3.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/XML/
