- xpointer.c: added xmlXPtrBuildRangeNodeList(), finished ?
  xmlXPtrBuildNodeList()
- TODO: updated
- Makefile.am test/XInclude/docs test/XInclude/ents result/XInclude:
  adding a first small set of regression tests for XInclude
