lvconvert: add support to change RAID region size (fixup)

Commit cfb6ef654d introduced
support to change RAID region size.

Add:
- missing conditions to support any types to function with
  it in lv_raid_convert();  temporary workaround used until
  cli validation patches get merged
- tests requesting "-R " to lvconvert-raid-takeover.sh
  involving a cleanup of the script
