lvmlockd: use commonly used define NOTIFYDBUS_SUPPORT
Build with configured NOTIFYDBUS_SUPPORT, SYSTEMD_LIBS, SYSTEMD_CFLAGS. Also add proper build dependencies on internal libraries.
