Peter Rajnoha	8d1e511363	conf: add activation/auto_set_activation_skip ... The activation/auto_set_activation_skip enables/disables automatic adding of the ACTIVATION_SKIP LV flag. Zdenek Kabelac	ffa11ed356	configure: fix install location of profile dir ... Seems like we have a bit overcomplicated set of options for deducing individual install dirs.
