baba3f8e2a lvconvert: add conversion from/to raid10 
Add:
- conversion support from striped/raid0/raid0_meta to/from raid10;
  raid10 goes by the near format (same as used in creation of
  raid10 LVs), which groups data copies together with their original
  blocks (e.g. 3-way striped, 2 data copies resulting in 112233 in the
  first stripe followed by 445566 in the second etc.) and is limited
  to even numbers of legs for now
- related tests to lvconvert-raid-takeover.sh
- typo

55eaabd118 lvreduce/lvresize: add ability to reduce the size of a RaidLV 
- support shrinking of raid0/1/4/5/6/10 LVs
- enhance lvresize-raid.sh tests: add raid0* and raid10
- fix have_raid4 in aux.sh to allow lv_resize-raid.sh
  and other scripts to test raid4

226e7d7b3c tests: wait for sync before deactivation 
On slower machine/disk, sync may block udev from reading and may prevent

We are getting into problem when we use 'test' for commands like

So avoid overloading test name and change it to inittest.

362d8ead64 tests: more test run in cluster mode 
aux updates:

prepare_vg now created clustered VG for cluster tests.

since dm-raid doesn't work in cluster, skip the cluster
test when someone checks for dm-raid target until fixed.

5cdd7848f4 TEST: Add missing test for RAID module version 
RAID10 was added to dm-raid module version 1.3.0.  Omitted test for
this version is causing test suite to fail.

8767435ef8 RAID: Fix extending size of RAID 4/5/6 logical volumes. 
Reducing a RAID 4/5/6 LV or extending it with a different number of
stripes is still not implemented.  This patch covers the "simple" case
where the LV is extended with the same number of stripes as the orginal.
