bcf59a1b18 tests: test should clean devices it has created 
To be able to detect lvm2 command is not leaking some
'unexpected' device - remove all devices before
test exits by its own command so test teardown
now can check what was 'left' unexpectedly.

76cc477fba tests: no warn if test does not need thin_repair 
Set LVM_TEST_THIN_REPAIR_CMD to /bin/false for test which
doesn't need it.

This way - even if on the system there is no such tool present,
test will not result with warning about missing tool.

Also remove from Makefile settings of TEST vars which are set in
through /lib/paths  - this also allows to override them in test.

5c5177c37c tests: rename test to inittest 
We are getting into problem when we use 'test' for commands like
should/not/...

So avoid overloading test name and change it to inittest.

c0bd436dcb thin: disable extension of reduced thin with etx.origin 
Since we are currently incapable of providing zeroes for
reextended thin volume area, let's disable extension of
such already reduce thin volumes.
