9640320aea tests: start to use 4k mkfs 
While newer system can detect need for 4K mkfs, on older test machines
running test suite over 4k is reporting problems.
Some more generic solution is needed thought.

af21263cb3 thin: fix merging messages 
Correct reported message when thin snapshot has been already merged.
So lvm2 is no longer reporting "Mergins of snapshot X will occur..."
(even with swapped names).

fa2a728a39 lvconvert: snapshot: use command definitions 
Lift all the snapshot utilities (merge, split, combine)
out of the monolithic lvconvert implementation, using
the command definitions.  The old code associated with
these commands is now unused and will be removed separately.

76cc477fba tests: no warn if test does not need thin_repair 
Set LVM_TEST_THIN_REPAIR_CMD to /bin/false for test which
doesn't need it.

This way - even if on the system there is no such tool present,
test will not result with warning about missing tool.

Also remove from Makefile settings of TEST vars which are set in
through /lib/paths  - this also allows to override them in test.

5c5177c37c tests: rename test to inittest 
We are getting into problem when we use 'test' for commands like
should/not/...

So avoid overloading test name and change it to inittest.

25cea92338 thin: fix merge of old snaphost 
Fix merging of old snapshot into thinvolume origin.
Add also internal error for the error case when
merging requests activation of merged LV.
