34a9e3d3cd python: add devmapper library to linking 
On occasional gcc releases it's better to specify also -ldevmapper
to linking logic for python object.

It's in fact more correct since the liblvm.c code is using
libdevmapper functions - that were linked in only via
liblvm2app library.

ee3cfa4184 python: Add bindings for liblvm2app. 
Use configure --enable-python_bindings to generate them.

Note that the Makefiles do not yet control the owner or permissions of
the two new files on installation.
