Let's move proc into include/configure.h so this define can
be easily used across the source base.
Configure defines it - but ATM we do not provide any configure
option to change it - there should be no need to ever change it.
Parse timestamps included in kernel kmsg line and add current system
time to the messsage as well - this makes it easier to look over,
when chasing some messages in journal after some time...
Since we now push more data into journal, parser reading this file
for --continue mode need to be adapted.
Also properly align batch mode with '.' for max test length name.
Restore fsync() call For more accurate tracking by buildbot.
Try different rather tricky way of static_cast to use
already opened FD instead of seperate open(),fsync(),close().
It's pretty strange there is no way to enforce fsync() for
C++ iostreams. Flush() is actully not equal.
Add Timespec class to increase time resolution to miliseconds
(can switch to microseconds if ever needed).
Use more const and const_interators and pass by reference.
Output rusage also to list result file.
Reduce inlining of C++ constructors.
Since configure.h is a generated header and it's missing traditional
ifdefs preambule - it can be included & parsed multiple times.
Normally compiler is fine when defines have same value and there is
no warning - yet we don't need to parse this several times
and by adding -include directive we can ensure every file
in the package is rightly compile with configure.h as the
first header file.
Reenable TESTDIR & PREFIX replacement.
Since we need to replace string in proper order (1st. @TESTDIR@,
2nd. @PREFIX@), drop map and use plain string.
Drop timestamp logging when 'stacktracing'
Avoid busy-looping on CPU while reading socket pipe
and always call read only when select tells there is
something for read.
Change the batch output to old nicer output.
