Replace usage of dm_hash with radix_tree to quickly find LV name
with a vg and also index PV names with set of available PVs.
This PV index is only needed during the import, but instead
of passing 'radix_tree *' everywhere, just keep this within
a VG struct as well and once the parsing is finished, release
this PV index radix_tree.
This also makes it easier to replace this structure
in the future if needed.
lv_set_name now uses radix_tree remove+insert to keep lv_names
tree in-sync and usable for find_lv queries.
The lv_hash wasn't being passed to the seg-specific text import
functions, so they were doing many find_lv() calls which consumes
a lot of time when there are many LVs in the metadata.
Enhance checking vdo constains so it also handles changes of active VDO LVs
where only added difference is considered now.
For this also the reported informational message about used memory
was improved to only list consuming RAM blocks.
Add function to check for avaialble memory for particular VDO
configuration - to avoid unnecessary machine swapping for configs
that will not fit into memory (possibly in locked section).
Formula tries to estimate RAM size machine can use also with
swapping for kernel target - but still leaving some amount of
usable RAM.
Estimation is based on documented RAM usage of VDO target.
If the /proc/meminfo would be theoretically unavailable, try to use
'sysinfo()' function, however this is giving only free RAM without
the knowledge about how much RAM could be eventually swapped.
TODO: move _get_memory_info() into generic lvm2 API function used
by other targets with non-trivial memory requirements.
New VDO targets v6.2.3 corrects support for online rename of VDO device.
If needed if can be disable via new lvm.conf setting:
vdo_disabled_features = [ "online_rename" ]
lvm uses 'minimum_io_size' name to exactly match VDO naming here,
however in all common cases _size is using 'sector/512b' unit.
But in this case the value is in bytes and can have only 2 values:
either 512 or 4096.
It's probably not worth to rename it internaly, so we can just
drop comment - instead of using 1 or 8.
Thought let's think about it....
Drop very old original format of VDO target and focus on V2 version.
So some variables were renamed or replaced.
There is no compatibility preserved (with assumption so far this is
experimental feature and there is no real user).
Note - version currently VDO calls this version 6.2.
