2d48317d3a tests: umount when above 95 
Add code to check if resulting data or metadata remained over 95%
and in such case invoke umount.

e2fa90bf38 tests: properly quote heredoc 
Prepend \$ for vars which should remain in script.
Also drop --lazy umount.
Move inittest call up, so mntdir and mntusedir have proper full path.

1a2b88516b tests: implement umount in script 
Since dmeventd no longer umounts thin devices, such logic
needs to be implemented by external script.
Add some very simple one for the start.

76cc477fba tests: no warn if test does not need thin_repair 
Set LVM_TEST_THIN_REPAIR_CMD to /bin/false for test which
doesn't need it.

This way - even if on the system there is no such tool present,
test will not result with warning about missing tool.

Also remove from Makefile settings of TEST vars which are set in
through /lib/paths  - this also allows to override them in test.

5c5177c37c tests: rename test to inittest 
We are getting into problem when we use 'test' for commands like
should/not/...

So avoid overloading test name and change it to inittest.

3972bd98fb thin: add support to unmount volumes 
Reset counter after thin pool resize failure.

If the pool goes above threshold, support unmounting
of all thin volumes if the lvextend fails to avoid
overfilling of the pool.
