tests: watch out for RAM size
...
Reduce mem-requirements on low memory boxes,
activate less volumes if machine is below 0.5G.
Also print mem size at test header.

tests: rename test to inittest

We are getting into problem when we use 'test' for commands like
should/not/...
So avoid overloading test name and change it to inittest.
