David Teigland 0b18c25d93 ability to keep track of outdated pvs in lvmcache
Outdated PVs hold metadata for VG from which they
have been removed.  Add the ability to keep track
of these in lvmcache.
This will be used for more advanced repair in a
subsequent commit.

This tree contains the LVM2 and device-mapper tools and libraries.

This is development branch, for stable 2.02 release see 2018-06-01-stable
branch.
