Petr Rockai 1c8512eb62 Fix t-vgreduce-usage to stop relying on the persistent cache not seeing a 
device that has been brought back from the dead: this sometimes fails with
clvmd (the cache is updated "too soon"). Instead, force a pvscan and rely on an
up-to-date cache as usual.

This tree contains the LVM2 and device-mapper tools and libraries.

For more information about LVM2 read the changelog in the WHATS_NEW file.
Installation instructions are in INSTALL.

There is no warranty - see COPYING and COPYING.LIB.
