Zdenek Kabelac 3fd4584886 cleanup: lvchange uses display_lvname 
Convert messages to report vg/lv name consistently.

Also drop unneeded 'info_obtaned' variable since the
obtained info is not reused in any code path.

This tree contains the LVM2 and device-mapper tools and libraries.
