To do label scanning, lvm code calls lvmcache_label_scan(). Change lvmcache_label_scan() to use the new label_scan() based on bcache. Also add lvmcache_label_rescan_vg() which calls the new label_scan_devs() which does label scanning on only the specified devices. This is for a subsequent commit and is not yet used.
