David Teigland 1fec86571f clvmd: reuse a vg struct for sequential LV operations ...

After reading a VG, stash it in lvmcache as "saved_vg".
Before reading the VG again, try to use the saved_vg.
The saved_vg is dropped on VG lock operations.
