Petr Rockai 49908a9a33 Implement vgextend --restoremissing (BZ 537913), which makes it possible to 
re-add a physical volume that has gone missing previously, due to a transient
device failure, without re-initialising it.

This tree contains the LVM2 and device-mapper tools and libraries.

For more information about LVM2 read the changelog in the WHATS_NEW file.
Installation instructions are in INSTALL.
