Zdenek Kabelac 88360b0c51 vdo: skip zeroing for VDO LV ...

Since VDO is always returns 'zero' on unprovisioned read
and every provisioned block is always 'zeroed' on partial writes,
we can avoid 'zeroing' of such LVs.
