Alasdair Kergon 4b4035101b Remove unused --with_kernel_dir 
Current version of LVM2 instead relies on /usr/include/libdevmapper.h
which gets installed by the device mapper package.
(Should this location now be configurable?)

This is pretty much empty so far...if you can't see subdirectories,
try 'cvs -f update'
