Milan Broz 5800560602 Move metadata backup call after vg_commit. ...

The backup() call store metadata from memory.

But in cluster backup() call performs
remote nodes metadata backup and it reads data from disk.

For metadata backup consistency,
patch moves all backup() calls after vg_commit.

(Moreover, some tools already do that this way.)
