Zdenek Kabelac 5b07bd3f91 lvconvert: disable convertion of thin to mirrors 
For now this convertions is not supported, thus disabled.
The only supported conversion for now is to create mirrored thin pools
from mirrored devices.

This tree contains the LVM2 and device-mapper tools and libraries.

For more information about LVM2 read the changelog in the WHATS_NEW file.
Installation instructions are in INSTALL.
