Remove all clvmd-related test code since clvmd was removed from lvm2. This includes prepare_clvmd(), SKIP_WITH/WITHOUT_CLVMD variables, LOCAL_CLVMD conditional blocks, and outdated comments. Tests now run unconditionally with non-cluster behavior. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
