Dave Wysochanski 2802c476ee Fix 'make check' runnable with recent versions of dmsetup.
Fix 'make check' to use DMDIR to check DM_DEV_DIR support in dmsetup.
Add basic test cases for mirrored LV.
Add basic test cases for lvconvert mirror.
Add basic test cases for pvmove.
