lvm2/test/shell/pvcreate-usage.sh
Petr Rockai f2a3f0fe3d Tidy the shell tests into their own subdir. We now have:
- test/lib -- infrastructure and helper code
- test/api -- liblvm2app API tests
- test/unit -- C-based unit tests
- test/shell -- shell-based functional tests
